Period 4 - Comparing Brands - a self evaluation
Now that you have completed the project, how did you think you did? Were any of the classes results surprising to you? Will you change the way you shop based on your and your classmates results?
I think that I did okay with the comparing brands project. I think that my partner and I did good on experimenting with ketchup brands with this project. The class results were not surprising to me because the class results were close to the trials that my partner and I did. No I will not change brands because the brand that did the best in the experiment was the same price as the other two brands. (And I also already use the brand that performed the best which was Heinz Ketchup.)
For this project i think me and Sophie did well. The classes results were kind of surprising to me because i learned that some of the brands that were supposed to be good didn't turn out as well as different brands. This project will change the way i shop so i can get a good brand of something and get a good deal on it too.
I think me and Giana did a really good job. I wasnt surprised with are classmates results because we got close to the same things. After doing this project it will change the way that I shop because know I know which brand gives you the most for your money.
I thought that i did very well on my project although my first procedures did not work. I also thought that i was a bit nervous because I was one of the first people to go.
Ithink that I did good on the comparing brands project. Most of the class results were not very suprising to me beacause most all the brands that people recomended was the product that I already use. I am not going to change the way I shop for soda because even tho coke had the longest foam, I still like the way the Pepsi tastes better.
I think I did very well on my project. Everything turned out how we expected it to. The class results were not suprising to me, because they were not far from the results my partner and I did. I would change the way I shop based depending on me and my classmate's results, becuase the brand that i used was not as good as the brand that I tested. The brand I tested was also cheaper, and worked the quickest.(The brand I had was OPI, and the better brand that I tested was Harmon's nail polish.)
I think Nina and I did a good job on our project. We worked well together, followed the directions, and handed the project in on time. Some of the results in the class were surprising to me because I figured out that some brands that cost more don't work as well as brands that are less money. From this project it will change the way I shop because now I know which brands work better than others.
I think i did good on thasi project. The student results showed me which brand too buy. Also their results were close to mine and now i know which brand is the best deal when i am shopping.
I thought I did pretty okay, although I wish I could have set up the student trial better. It surprised me that Saran wrap was the worst brand of plastic wrap. From now on, I'll be sure to shop based off of my classmates' recommendations.
I think that I did good with comparing brands project. the student trial supressed me because i got something completly different. I will still by the shoprite brand tin foil because it worked as well as reynolds wrap.
I think I did good on the comparing brands project. Jacob and I followed theprocedure step by step and worked well together. I also thought we did really good on our poster. My comparing brands project was good and our presentation was pretty good.
I think that this project was somewhat challenging although rewarding. This project (for me) was testing the strength of different tissue paper brands and the trials we did in class were similar to the trials i did which proves that the results could be repeated continuously. Lastly, this project will not change what i would buy because the products prices were very close and Kleenex performed much better than the other two brands.
I think our project was okay. But for the most part i learned off of the results from other results. Like the toilet paper one, my parents always bought Bounty and the results showed that Kirkland was better then Bounty, plus Bounty was more expensive. On my experiment we compared tennis balls and i guess it was an okay project because you really don't use tennis balls everyday. I don't even play tennis!
