Period 5 - Comparing Brands - a self evaluation
Now that you have completed the project, how did you think you did? Were any of the classes results surprising to you? Will you change the way you shop based on your and your classmates results?
I think that I did well on my project. But I think that the one major thing that brought down my grade was that my project was late. I don't know if the results of my classmates were supriseing or not because I didn't have it the day everyone was testing one anothers project. Yes I would change the way I shope because I wouldn't want to buy something that I'm not going to use more than once, and two I wouldn't want to buy anything that was expencive.
I think that i did pretty well.I think I should remember to have all parts of the project. I was surprised that pert was the strongest. I will next time to make a more understanderble directions.
I think that we did a good job on are project. At first our classmates results surprised us because we accidently told them to measure in meters but we were really supposed to measure in centimeters so the results were wrong.Yes this project will change the way I shop because by knowing which tennis ball bounced the highest and the prices of tennis balls it will help you choose the best brand out of the three brands.
I think I did okay. I think what brought my grade down was that I didn't do the conclusion right. I didn't find anyone else's results surprising. I would change the way I shop because now I know more about different brands than I did before.
I think that me and my partner did very well on this project. We are very close so we were able to get an idea and stick with it. The resuts of my classmates actually did surprise me because everyone had basically the same range of answers. Honestly, I wouldn't change how we shopped because we were smart. We bought the syrup in smaller bottles which cost a lot less than the big bottles.
I think that I did very good on my project. Also that me and Christina did a really good job at dividing the work evenly and getting everything done in time. It took time out of our day to get things done after school, but it was worth it in the end. I think what brought us down was our graphs and data tables. But in the end everything worked out and we got it done in time.
I think that me and Dillon did very good on this project. It wasnt really a surprise that the shamwow beat every other brand. It was surprising how much water the shamwow can absorb. This project will change the way people shop because instead of buying three or four rolls of paper towels, they can just buy one or two shamwows.
I think me and my partener did well. I think our results were a little bit different from our classmates maybe because we broke our first white crackle and we had to use a different brand of white crackle. Next time we should go out and buy something little so we dnt have to waste anything.
I believe that I did really good. This was so as I did everything that I had to do with my Partner. The only thing that I was worried about was our presentation that we gave. It seemed as though we weren't prepared and also might have stuttered a little. Other than that we had everything we needed to
i think me and bryan deserved a better grade than we got because we spent time and money on this project. it tells consumers the difference in these sodas.

I think Linda and I did very well. We finished our project on time and it was fun. The classes results weren't surprising to me because it was what I expected. All the averages were pretty close. I would change the way I shopped because I would buy the most reliable brand of dish soap that last long. Also, I would want a product that performs the best.
My project was experimenting the strength of different foils by spreading them over a cup and placing weight on them. Then I would proceed to poke holes into the foil until it ripped. I think that I did well in executing the test and presenting the information on the paper. Since tinfoil is still a metal, it many holes to actually cause the foil to rip, but in the student test, the amount of holes were much less, which caught my attention. I think that there was probably something done unintentionally which was a major factor in the experiment. I probably won't change the way I shop that much, except for knowing which brands are cheaper in the per unit price.
I think that me and Caitie did very well on our project. I was not shocked at all about the class results because they were very close to our three at home tests. I will not change the way I shop due to the way my test came out because the best brand was the one that we buy at home.
I think i did well on my prodject. i also think me and my partner split the work well. My prodject was on tennis balls and to see what one bounced the hightst. Wilson is the cheapest and the bounciest.

I will change the way I shop based on the results because instead of buying the most expensive form of a product I will buy the less expensive form that works just as or very close to the most expensive form.
I think my partner and I did a good job on our project. Although going through some difficulties with the nail polish breaking and having to get another one now I know which one to buy. When I go shopping I will be sure to get Sally Hansen regular nail polish and OPI crackle nail polish.
